For example, speed may be a consideration for fans of metal (especially so for death metal, my given genre) in addition to other factors, whereas speed may not be a factor at all for a guitarist of another genre. I actuually patterned my playing after him (in a fashion). If you like him you need to check out Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush. He's Robin Trower with velocity. They're both Hendrixesque. <br /><br />Btw, I'm reading Gustaf Aulen now after finishing The Nature of the Atonement: Four Views, by Boyd Schreiner and others. Interesting stuff.
