Rapping for Darwin

I came across an article in the New York Times entitled, "Darwin Got It Going On," by Olivia Judson. Its about a Canadian rapper named Baba Brinkman who has produced a CD of rap tunes promoting evolution. While, I am not a fan of rap music (I am too old, I just don't get it--give me Led Zeppelin or Lynyrd Skynyrd anyday), I found these rap tunes very interesting. One warning--the second video contains some vulgar language (couldn't be rap music without it now could it?) that some might find offensive. The first video is G-rated.

Why would you post the vulgarity? Will discourage the believers from coming here...

  3. WOW! I love the way Baba put his words together using Jay Z's flow, (the way he rides the beat, or the way his words flow with the beat)that was sick!. I'm enthused and a little bias because I'm a fan of Jay Z's music, and I also Led Zeppelen.

Don't worry ken, you can't go wrong with any of your posts. Any "discouraged" believer is only a sign why they believe anyway.

  4. John,

I think I gave adequate warning. Not only that its nothing that people don't hear on the TV everyday or at the movies.
